- Nearly raise $5M at $25M valuation but gets reneged due to conflict.
- Kill off all new products including EOR, close off VC round and raise a $500k bridge.

The good

- We secured the #1 investor / advisor we were aiming for worldwise in Bryce Maddock, the co-founder and CEO at TaskUs (TASK). His partner Jaspar Weir is also an investor.
- Pipeline is at record highs most of the year at ~$4.8M ARR.
